ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
This course equips participants with Cultural Intelligence (CQ) to integrate Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive (DEI) strategies into sustainable development across various national, ethnic, and organizational contexts. Attendees will enhance their ability to work effectively in diverse markets, lead multicultural teams, and build strong cross-cultural relationships that drive profitability and efficiency. The programme also promotes values of diversity, democracy, and solidarity for a united Europe while fostering environments that reinforce human dignity, creativity, curiosity, and optimism in both professional and social settings.
ΣΚΟΠΟΣ ΣΕΜΙΝΑΡΙΟΥ
- use CQ (Cultural Intelligence) to ensure sustainable development based on and as part of Diverse, Equitable and Inclusive strategies, within several national, ethnic, organizational, and other contexts
- build, develop, and improve participants’ abilities to work effectively in diverse markets and multicultural workforce, improve their multicultural personal and professional relationships, and have more effective cross-cultural connections that increase profitability and cost savings
- promote novel concepts of diversity, freedom, democracy, and solidarity for a united and peaceful Europe, which is currently expanding and crossing over to regional third countries
- create appropriate circumstances through which the power of human dignity, ingenuity, hope, curiosity, and optimism is reinforced.

Trainer: Dr Αndri Hadjiandreou (Director of UoL Center for DEI and the Coordinator of the UoL YouTube/podcast Channel)
Dr. Andri Hadjiandreou is the Director of UoL Center for DEI and the Coordinator of the UoL YouTube/podcast Channel. In September 2024, Andri was appointed by the Cyprus Organization for Standardization to become the National Representative to ISO TC 309 Governance of Organizations, WG 11 Diversity Management System. She is also a Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and Unconscious Bias certified trainer by the Cultural Intelligence Center, Chicago USA. Andri holds a PhD in Performance and Related Studies from the University of London, a BM and MM in Piano Performance from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, and an MSc in Education, Leadership, and Management from the Cyprus International Institute of Management. Teaching and other professional affiliations in the fields of research, education, and culture include the Cyprus International Institute of Management (UoL: 2022 – current), University of Nicosia – Department of Music and Dance (2008 – 2015), Creative Europe Desk Cyprus – Culture Program (2016 & 2017), Cyprus Symphony Orchestra – Board of Directors (2011 – 2015), the Cyprus Ministry of Education and Culture – Music Schools (2006 – current), and Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey – Music Department and Modern Greek Department (2003 – 2006). Andri was a founding member and president of Arts Embrace Cultural Organization (2011 – 2021) and a founding member and president of Curious Qat Cultural Organization (2022 – current), through which she has an active career in the cultural and creative industry.
