Vicarious liability is a key concept in Tort law that holds employers legally responsible for the actions of their employees in the course of their duties. This programme offers a clear and practical introduction to how this principle operates within the framework of Cypriot law, alongside an essential overview of workplace negligence.
Participants will explore how liability arises in employment relationships, what it means for an act to be “within the course of employment,” and how courts assess whether an employer should be held accountable for harm caused by an employee’s actions. Training Style
