ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
This seminar is designed to introduce professionals to the essential concepts of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and to empower them to contribute positively to their workplace culture. The workshop will cover key definitions of DEI, explore why these principles are crucial for our collective success, and increase awareness of unconscious bias and its impact. Participants will also learn about the concepts of privilege and intersectionality, along with the benefits that diverse perspectives bring to our organisation.
The training will provide practical ways to help you support an inclusive environment in a personal as well as in a professional level. This includes using inclusive language, and integrating inclusive practices into everyday tasks and interactions.

By the end of the programme, participants will be in a position to:

- Recognise the importance of a diverse and inclusive workplace

Training Style
The workshop combines informative presentations with interactive activities, ensuring that you can apply what you learn directly to your role. Through a mix of real-world examples, discussions, and group exercises, the session encourages active participation, fostering an environment where all voices are heard, and diverse perspectives are shared.
CPD Recognition
This programme may be approved for up to 4 CPD units in Personal and Professional Development. Eligibility criteria and CPD Units are verified directly by your association, regulator or other bodies which you hold membership.
