ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
Η παράνομη απαγόρευση πτήσεων στους Κυπριακούς αερομεταφορείς και γενικά σε Κυπριακά αεροσκάφη πάνω από τον Τουρκικό Εναέριο Χώρο αποτελεί διαχρονικό πρόβλημα μετά την Τουρκική Εισβολή του 1974 και ένα από τα εμπόδια ανάπτυξης του τομέα της αεροπλοΐας στην Κύπρο. Επιπλέον, τόσο ο τομέας της αεροπλοΐας, όσο και ο τομέας της ναυτιλίας, είναι τομείς εκτεθειμένοι σε κοινούς υψηλούς κινδύνους, πολλοί από τους οποίους είναι πέρα από τον έλεγχο του κάθε τομέα (π.χ. διακυμάνσεις της τιμής του πετρελαίου, πολιτικές κρίσεις, ακραίες καιρικές συνθήκες, πανδημίες).
Η ανάπτυξη του τομέα της αεροπλοΐας στην Κύπρο απαιτεί μακροπρόθεσμο σχεδιασμό και μπορεί να διδαχθεί από τον τομέα της ναυτιλίας, με το Κυπριακό νηολόγιο πλοίων να αποτελεί ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα στην Ευρώπη. Η δικηγορική ύλη που αφορά την αεροπλοΐα ευρίσκεται σε πρώιμο στάδιο με ελάχιστο αριθμό δικηγόρων να είναι γνώστες θεμάτων αεροπλοΐας. Η ανάγκη κατανόησης από δικηγόρους του βασικού νομοθετικού πλαισίου που διέπει το αεροπορικό δίκαιο και της διαδικασίας νηολόγησης αεροσκαφών στο Κυπριακό νηολόγιο φιλοδοξεί να εξοικειώσει τους δικηγόρους από ουσιαστικής πλευράς με τις βασικές πρόνοιες του αεροπορικού δικαίου στην Κύπρο και τις διαδικασίες νηολόγησης αεροσκαφών στο Κυπριακό νηολόγιο.
Εντός της ύλης περιλαμβάνεται και σύντομη παρουσίαση της διαδικασίας εγγραφής μη επανδρωμένων αεροσκαφών (drones), τα οποία αποτελούν έναν ταχέως αναπτυσσόμενο τομέα της αεροπορίας, για τον οποίο η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση θέσπισε κανονισμό για την ασφαλή ένταξη των τηλεκατευθυνόμενων μη επανδρωμένων αεροσκαφών στον ευρωπαϊκό εναέριο χώρο.
ΣΚΟΠΟΣ ΣΕΜΙΝΑΡΙΟΥ
Μετά την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος οι καταρτιζόμενοι θα είναι σε θέση να:
- διατυπώνουν τις βασικές νομοθετικές πρόνοιες του περί Πολιτικής Αεροπορίας Νόμου.
- διακρίνουν βασικά κοινά με τη διαδικασία νηολόγησης πλοίων.
- περιγράφουν τις διαδικασίες αεροσκαφών εγγραφής στο Κυπριακό νηολόγιο.
- αποκτήσουν τις βάσεις για να χειρίζονται με αυτοπεποίθηση αιτήματα πελατών.

Τεχνική Κατάρτισης
Οι τεχνικές κατάρτισης οι οποίες θα χρησιμοποιηθούν είναι διάλεξη, συζήτηση, χιονοστιβάδα, ερωτήσεις – απαντήσεις, καταιγισμός ιδεών και πρακτική. Οι συγκεκριμένες τεχνικές είναι κατάλληλες για τη φύση του αντικειμένου του σεμιναρίου, το εκπαιδευτικό ύφος του εκπαιδευτή και τα μαθησιακά αποτελέσματα. Γίνεται επεξήγηση της απαραίτητης θεωρίας πίσω από την πράξη με έμφαση στα έγγραφα και τις διαδικασίες. Κατά τη διάρκεια της παράδοσης γίνεται εξάσκηση μέσω υπόδησης ρόλων.
Αναγνώριση Ωρών Συνεχιζόμενης Επαγγελματικής Εκπαίδευσης (ΣΕΕ)
Το πρόγραμμα μπορεί να αναγνωριστεί για έως και 5 ώρες ΣΕΕ στη Νομική Θεματολογία. Τα κριτήρια αναγνώρισης και οι ώρες ΣΕΕ, πιστοποιούνται απευθείας από τον Επόπτη, Επαγγελματικό Σύνδεσμο ή άλλους συνδέσμους που διατηρείτε συμμετοχή μέλους.
Το πρόγραμμα έχει εγκριθεί για εώς και 5 ώρες ΣΕΕ από τον Παγκύπριο Δικηγορικό Σύλλογο.
