ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ

Effective communication is a core requirement for success in any workplace. Managers are expected to set direction and build trust, often while juggling demanding workloads and pressures. Yet many find it difficult to speak up assertively, give feedback with confidence or deal with defensiveness without slipping into passivity or becoming overly forceful. 

This workshop equips managers with the confidence and capability to communicate clearly, respectfully and consistently, while preserving strong working relationships. It combines Emotional Intelligence (EQ) principles with practical, actionable communication tools to help managers develop a balanced, steady and professional voice. 

The session is highly interactive, rooted in real workplace scenarios and designed to provide techniques that can be used immediately.

  • Navigate pushback, defensiveness and emotional reactions with steady, empathetic responses.

Training Style 

This four-hour, highly interactive workshop is designed to equip managers and supervisors with the tools and mindset to communicate assertively and deliver feedback effectively. 

Using a blend of Emotional Intelligence, practical communication strategies and realistic workplace scenarios, participants learn how to express their needs clearly, give constructive feedback without escalation and build stronger, more trusting relationships. 

The workshop is designed to build both knowledge and practical skills through a highly interactive approach including hands-on exercises, role plays, real case discussions and step-by-step models that managers can use immediately.  Participants will learn via short teaching segments, practical examples, realistic workplace scenarios, and structured exercises. 

 

CPD Recognition 

This programme may be approved for up to 4 CPD units in Personal and Professional Development. Eligibility criteria and CPD Units are verified directly by your association, regulator or other bodies which you hold membership.
