The F&B Service Standards – Intermediate program develops the essential skills required to deliver consistent, professional, and guest-centred service. Grounded in internationally recognised Swiss Service Standards, this training helps participants understand and apply the behaviours, communication styles, and practical service techniques that contribute to an exceptional dining experience.Through interactive discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on F&B service practice, participants learn to communicate confidently, present themselves professionally, and carry out key stages of service with accuracy and ease.

Goran Vulovic

Goran is innovative, diligent, conscientious, helpful, with great experience in hospitality industry. With almost 20 years of experience in the food and beverage he has participated in several hotel opening projects, as well as trend setting in the hospitality market. He has gained international hospitality experience in the USA and Chile, and with his innovative approach has helped develop certain standards and procedures within Disney Hotel industry. When he positioned himself as F&B manager, he  trained his employees on topics related to SOP, Up- selling, communication and product knowledge in Hotels and Restaurants. Privately he is a family guy, in love with nature, travel and hiking, and all that spiced with barbecue and movies. Alexia is a holder of a Hospitality Management Diploma and a Business Administration Bachelor Degree from the Hotel Institute of Montreux and Northwood University in Switzerland. She started her career in the Hotel Industry as a Management Trainee, giving her the opportunity to explore and expand her skills and knowledge in a Hotel’s operation. Since 2008 and until today, she is holding the position of the H.R Assistant Manager of Columbia Hotels & Resorts Ltd. Over and above she is a certified internal auditor of the Company’s IMS (Integrated Management System), as well as  the Safety & Health Advisor (ESSYP). Recently, she obtained the qualification of the certified trainer from VET by EHL (Ecole Hotelier De Lausanne) enabling her to train at the Columbia Hotel Academy the future Hospitality Professionals in subjects related to F&B Service and Rooms Division.
