ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ

This course focuses on the essential skills required for effective supervision in hospitality environments. Participants learn how the supervisor’s role influences service quality, team performance, and guest satisfaction. The module covers leadership styles, communication techniques, shift management, and task allocation. It also addresses conflict handling, performance monitoring, and staff motivation. Through practical guidance, learners develop the confidence and tools needed to lead hospitality teams professionally and consistently in fast-paced operational settings.

By the end of this course, participants will be in position to

  • Define the role of a supervisor in hospitality and its impact on service quality
  • Apply leadership styles appropriate for hospitality teams
  • Use effective communication techniques with staff and guests

  • Handle conflict and complaints professionally (staff disputes and guest issues)
