This training programme offers a structured modern approach to the legal and regulatory framework of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), with a focus on core processing principles, compliance obligations, and their practical application in the workplace. 

The seminar covers fundamental concepts, the roles and responsibilities of organisations, lawful bases for processing, data subjects' rights, and the management of personal data breach incidents. It also addresses key security requirements, the conduct of Data Protection Impact Assessments, data transfers outside the European Union, and the maintenance of a Record of Processing Activities — equipping participants with a practical understanding of the core mechanisms for GDPR compliance, based on our hands on experience on local and international organisations.
