ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
This course is intended for individuals seeking a thorough understanding of the procedures involved in the appointment, resignation, and removal of company officers. It provides detailed guidance on the documentation required for each process, the filing obligations with the Registrar of Companies, relevant deadlines, and the determination of the effective date of resignation, among other key considerations.
The seminar is essential for ensuring participants are fully aligned with the applicable provisions of the Companies Law, Cap. 113, and the relevant sections of Table A. By doing so, it aims to enhance the quality, accuracy, and compliance of corporate administrative services.

CPD Recognition
