This intensive 3-day training, combined with 4 hours of personalised coaching, equips participants with the tools to foster both intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship within their organisation. They will learn how to identify and strengthen entrepreneurial skills across all levels, enhance collaboration between staff and leadership, and promote co-ownership of innovative ideas. By integrating intrapreneurship principles, participants will improve organisational performance, stimulate creativity, and gain a competitive edge through effective structures, clear roles, and innovative business practices.

The programme is approved by the HRDA (ΑνΑΔ) – Human Resource Development Authority in Cyprus as “Vital Importance”, therefore the participation fee is fully subsidized, allowing up to three participants per business entity to attend without cost.

The objective of the 3-day training and 4-hour personalized coaching / guidance would be to help participants learn:

2. How to use entrepreneurial skillset for ameliorating the organization’s performance 
3. How to use Intrapreneurship as principle for a better cooperation between employees and ownership / top management.

How to use intrapreneurship to enhance Innovation creation and co-ownership of novel business ideas and practices The whole objective is to help any organization to identify the tools, practices, and separation of duties to become more innovative, own novel ideas, become more competitive and to enjoy better performance.

Why this seminar

Most organizations, especially businesses (NGO and Non-Profit are not excluded), follow the classic system of employer/employee or as expressed in agency theory principal/agent. This is driving away innovation (because many innovative ideas are going away with top rated employees) or is simply killing innovation because of limiting too much employee own-performance and potential. The employees are not aware of entrepreneurship as a concept and way of thinking so they cannot perform to the best of their abilities. Also, the employees are not aware of Intrapreneurial practices, that would allow them to find a formula and develop their own innovative ideas within their employer’s structure and still own a percentage of what is going to be created.

To improve productivity and enhance innovation capacity and creation, firms and other organizations must develop an innovative approach to management of ideas, innovation and personnel behaviour and performance.

This programme includes:

 14 hours in classroom (online) training

 Half-day private company consultation. 

 Participants will receive a signed Certificate-of-Attendance issued by the Executive Education Center of the University of Limassol and bearing the approved logo of the Human Resource Development Agency of Cyprus (ΑνΑΔ).
