ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
Στόχος του προγράμματος είναι η ενημέρωση των συμμετεχόντων για τη νομοθεσία που διέπει τον τερματισμό της απασχόλησης και την πρακτική εφαρμογή της, καθώς και ποιες είναι οι επιπτώσεις, θετικές και αρνητικές, σε σχέση με αυτό τον τερματισμό. Παράλληλα, το πρόγραμμα θα τους βοηθήσει στο να αποκτήσουν την ικανότητα να εφαρμόζουν σωστά ή να μπορούν να βεβαιώνουνε ότι εφαρμόζονται σωστά όλες τις νομοθεσίες που αφορούν τον τερματισμό στις επιχειρήσεις τους ή στις επιχειρήσεις που διοικούν ή εργάζονται.
ΣΚΟΠΟΣ ΣΕΜΙΝΑΡΙΟΥ
Μετά την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος οι καταρτιζόμενοι θα είναι σε θέση να:
- Περιγράψουν τις βασικές διατάξεις του Εργατικού Δικαίου στην Κύπρο αναφορικά με τον τερματισμό απασχόλησης
- Διατυπώσουν πώς επηρεάζουν τις δραστηριότητές τους από τις διατάξεις του Νόμου
- Απαριθμούν τις υποχρεώσεις των επιχειρήσεων σχετικά με τον τερματισμό απασχόλησης σύμφωνα με το Νόμο
- Επιλέγουν τον κατάλληλο τρόπο εφαρμογής των άρθρων του Νόμου περί Τερματισμού Απασχόλησης
- Ερμηνεύουν και να ενεργούν σύμφωνα με τις πρόνοιες του Νόμου στο προσωπικό της εταιρείας
- Έχουν αποτελεσματική συνεργασία με τον εργοδότη για την έγκαιρη λήψη νομικών μέτρων που απορρέουν από την εργατική νομοθεσία
- Γνωρίζουν πως μπορούν να συμμορφώνονται και εφαρμόζουν τις πρόνοιες του Νόμου Περί Τερματισμού Απασχόλησης
- Αξιολογούν την κατάσταση που έχουν βρεθεί αντιμέτωποι στην επιχείρηση τους.
- Διακρίνουν ποια διαδικασία απόλυσης πρέπει να ακολουθήσουν σε κάθε περίπτωση
- Αναδομήσουν τις διαδικασίες της επιχείρησης τους για να υπάρχει μία σωστή αντιμετώπιση γεγονότων.
- Προχωρούν σε εξέταση των γεγονότων και της κατάστασης
- Αντιμετωπίζουν αποτελεσματικά τυχόν προβλήματα που προκύπτουν και που άπτονται των προνοιών των σχετικών νομοθεσιών
- Υιοθετούν τις σωστές διαδικασίες μα βάση την Νομοθεσία και τους κανονισμούς.

Μέθοδος μαθήματος
Οι τεχνικές κατάρτισης οι οποίες θα χρησιμοποιηθούν είναι η Διάλεξη, Εργασία σε ομάδες, Υπόδηση ρόλων και η Πρακτική άσκηση.
Διάλεξη: θα εφαρμοστεί διάλεξη για να δοθεί η νέα γνώση και θα εμπλουτιστεί με συζήτηση, ερωτήσεις και απαντήσεις ώστε να ενθαρρυνθούν οι συμμετέχοντες στην ενεργή συμμετοχή.
Εργασία σε ομάδες: Κατά την τεχνική αυτή οι συμμετέχοντες έχουν την ευκαιρία να συνεργαστούν και να ανταλλάξουν εμπειρίες και να κληθούν να δουλέψουν σε ομάδες για να αποφασίσουν στο σενάριο που θα τους δοθεί τι είναι η περίπτωση ενώπιον των συμμετεχόντων. Μέσω αυτής της ανταλλαγής απόψεων να καταλήξουν σε μια όπου έχει ληφθεί μέσω ομόφωνης απόφασης της ομάδας.
Υπόδηση ρόλων: θα δοθεί στους συμμετέχοντες δύο σενάρια όπου θα μπορούν να δουν άλλους συμμετέχοντες να υποδύονται τους ρόλους που θα τους δοθούν. Θα πρέπει τότε όλοι οι συμμετέχοντες να αποφασίσουν τι θα έκαναν οι ίδιοι στην θέση του εργοδότη εάν έβρισκε τον εαυτό του
Πρακτική άσκηση: θα ζητηθεί στους συμμετέχοντες να συμπληρώσουν τι πρέπει να συμπεριλαμβάνεται σε μία συμφωνία διευθέτησης όταν θα τερματίσουν την απασχόληση κάποιου εργοδοτούμενου.
Αναγνώριση Ωρών Συνεχιζόμενης Επαγγελματικής Εκπαίδευσης (ΣΕΕ)
- Το πρόγραμμα μπορεί να αναγνωριστεί για έως και 6 ώρες ΣΕΕ στη Νομική Θεματολογία. Τα κριτήρια αναγνώρισης και οι ώρες ΣΕΕ, πιστοποιούνται απευθείας από τον Επόπτη, Επαγγελματικό Σύνδεσμο ή άλλους συνδέσμους που διατηρείτε συμμετοχή μέλους.
- Το πρόγραμμα έχει εγκριθεί για εώς και 6 ώρες ΣΕΕ από τον Παγκύπριο Δικηγορικό Σύλλογο
