ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
Στο σεμινάριο αναλύονται οι βασικές αρχές του Κώδικα για την Ηθική και Σεξουαλική Παρενόχληση στο χώρο εργασίας (Περί Ίσης Μεταχείρισης Ανδρών και Γυναικών στην Απασχόληση και στην Επαγγελματική Εκπαίδευση Νόμου, άρθρου 12 (εδάφιο 4).
Θα συζητηθούν συγκεκριμένες περιπτώσεις ώστε οι συμμετέχοντες να αποκτήσουν έναν υγιές τρόπο σκέψης γύρω από το θέμα, το οποίο οι Εταιρείες και Οργανισμοί θα υιοθετήσουν ως πολιτική μέσω συγκεκριμένων μηχανισμών.
ΣΚΟΠΟΣ ΣΕΜΙΝΑΡΙΟΥ
Μετά την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος οι καταρτιζόμενοι θα είναι σε θέση:
- Να αναγνωρίζουν και να αξιολογούν το μέγεθος του κοινωνικού προβλήματος της Ηθικής και Σεξουαλικής Παρενόχλησης,
- Να αναγνωρίζουν τις αρνητικές συνέπειες που επηρεάζουν τον ίδιο τον οργανισμό όταν επικρατεί αρνητικό κλίμα στο χώρο εργασίας
- Να καταρτίσουν έναν υγιές κώδικα συμπεριφοράς ώστε να δημιουργούν ένα ευχάριστο περιβάλλον εργασίας, προστατεύοντας παράλληλα τη φήμη του Οργανισμού.
- Να εξοικειωθούν με τις έννοιες ‘’παρενόχληση’’, ‘’ηθική παρενόχληση’’ και ‘’σεξουαλική παρενόχληση’’.
- Να αποκτήσουν γνώση για την προστασία που παρέχει η ισχύουσα νομοθεσία και ο κανονισμός Περί προσωπικών δεδομένων για τη διερεύνηση περιστατικών οποιασδήποτε μορφής βίας ή παρενόχλησης
- Να λάβουν γνώση για τα δικαιώματα τους σε περίπτωση που υφίστανται παρενόχληση ή σεξουαλική παρενόχληση,
- Να αναπτύξουν σύστημα αξιολόγησης των καταγγελιών και να θέτουν δικλείδες ασφαλείας για να προστατεύονται παράλληλα και τα δικαιώματα του φερόμενου ως θύτη, αλλά και του Εργοδότη από μια άδικη ή/και ψευδή καταγγελία.
- Να συμμετέχουν και να συζητούν καταθέτοντας τεκμηριωμένες απόψεις, σε ομάδα κατάρτισης κώδικα σεξουαλικής παρενόχλησης.
- Να αναπτύξουν οι εκπαιδευόμενοι δεξιότητες που χρειάζονται για τις ενέργειες στις οποίες πρέπει να προβαίνουν όταν θεωρούν ότι είναι θύματα παρενόχλησης ή σεξουαλικής παρενόχλησης.
- Να χρησιμοποιούν σωστά επικοινωνιακές μεθόδους για να διαχειρίζονται περιπτώσεις που χρήζουν διερεύνησης
- Να γνωρίζουν σωστές διαδικασίες διαχείρισης περιπτώσεων ηθικής ή/και σεξουαλικής παρενόχλησης.
- Να αναγνωρίζουν σημαντικά στοιχεία και συμπεριφορές που παραβιάζουν τον κώδικα πρακτικής του Οργανισμού.
- Να αντιδρούν άμεσα και με ψυχραιμία σε κάθε περίπτωση

Το Πρόγραμμα απευθύνεται σε:
- Όλα τα μεσαία και ανώτερα διευθυντικά στελέχη, που προΐστανται ομάδων προσωπικού.
- Νομικούς Συμβούλους, Υπεύθυνους Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, Αντιπροσώπους Διοίκησης σε Θέματα ΙSO, Αξιωματικούς και Μέλη Σωμάτων Ασφαλείας.

- Υπεύθυνους Τμημάτων Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, και Υπεύθυνους Λειτουργούς Ασφάλειας και Υγείας.

Ενότητες Προγράμματος
- Θα αναλυθούν οι μορφές Ηθικής και Σεξουαλικής Παρενόχλησης στον εργασιακό χώρο.
- Θα δοθούν πρακτικές λύσεις μέσα παραδείγματα που μπορούν θα μπορούσαν να αποστρέψουν έγκαιρα τις μορφές Ηθικής και Σεξουαλικής Παρενόχλησης στον εργασιακό χώρο.
- Να παρασχεθούν κατευθυντήριες γραμμές για υιοθέτηση Πολιτικής / Κώδικα για ανάπτυξη υγιούς κουλτούρας για καταπολέμηση του εργασιακού άγχους.
Μέθοδος μαθήματος
Το Πρόγραμμα διεξάγεται υπό μορφή διάλεξης και ταυτόχρονα ενθαρρύνεται ο διάλογος και η συζήτηση. Κατά τη διάρκεια του σεμιναρίου γίνονται εργαστήρια, και επιλύονται ασκήσεις για καλύτερη κατανόηση του θεωρητικού μέρους του προγράμματος, δίδονται παραδείγματα και γίνεται υπόδυση ρόλων.
Επίσης χρησιμοποιούνται σύγχρονα οπτικοακουστικά μέσα όπως Multimedia Projector, Οθόνη προβολής, Ηλεκτρονικός Υπολογιστής, Χαρτοπίνακας, Μαρκαδόροι, Γραφική ύλη και Φύλλα εργασίας για καλύτερη επιμόρφωση και κατάρτιση των συμμετεχόντων. Σε κάθε καταρτιζόμενο δίνονται/αποστέλλονται επίσης σημειώσεις σε ηλεκτρονική μορφή (αναλόγως προτίμησης) για τα θέματα του σεμιναρίου.
Αναγνώριση Ωρών Συνεχιζόμενης Επαγγελματικής Εκπαίδευσης (ΣΕΕ)
Το πρόγραμμα μπορεί να αναγνωριστεί για έως και 7 ώρες ΣΕΕ στη Νομική Θεματολογία. Τα κριτήρια αναγνώρισης και οι ώρες ΣΕΕ, πιστοποιούνται απευθείας από τον Επόπτη, Επαγγελματικό Σύνδεσμο ή άλλους συνδέσμους που διατηρείτε συμμετοχή μέλους.
