ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
Το σεμινάριο αυτό παρέχει μια εις βάθος εξερεύνηση της έννοιας και του φαινομένου του whistleblowing, εστιάζοντας στις νομικές αρχές, τις ηθική και τις πρακτικές επιπτώσεις τόσο στον ιδιωτικό όσο και στον δημόσιο τομέα. Οι συμμετέχοντες θα εξετάσουν τα βασικά νομοθετικά πλαίσια, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της Οδηγίας της ΕΕ 2019/1937 και των εθνικών νόμων που προστατεύουν τους πληροφοριοδότες από αντίποινα. Το σεμινάριο θα χρησιμοποιήσει πραγματικά παραδείγματα περιπτώσεων για να απεικονίσει τους κινδύνους που αντιμετωπίζουν οι πληροφοριοδότες και τον κρίσιμο ρόλο τους στην προστασία του δημόσιου συμφέροντος.
ΣΚΟΠΟΣ ΣΕΜΙΝΑΡΙΟΥ
Οι συμμετέχοντες μετά την παρακολούθηση του σεμιναρίου θα είναι σε θέση να:
- Ορίσουν το whistleblowing και να κατανοήσουν τους ρόλους των πληροφοριοδοτών.
- Αναλύσουν τα νομικά πλαίσια και τις προστασίες που προσφέρονται στους πληροφοριοδότες στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση και στην Κύπρο
- Αξιολογήσουν τις ηθικές πλευρές του whistleblowing σε εταιρικά και κυβερνητικά πλαίσια.
- Προσδιορίσουν τις προκλήσεις και τους κινδύνους που συνδέονται με το whistleblowing, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των πιθανών αντιποίνων.
