ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
Η εκτέλεση του ευρωπαϊκού εντάλματος σύλληψης είναι μια άμεση διαδικασία. Κατά συνέπεια η γνώση των βασικών αρχών που διέπουν την διαδικασία αυτή είναι απαραίτητη. Η παράδοση υπόδικων και κατάδικων από το ένα κράτος στο άλλο αποτελεί ένα τμήμα του ποινικού δικαίου που απασχολεί, στην καθημερινή δικαστική πρακτική, ολοένα και πιο συχνά τους εφαρμοστές του. Επειδή είναι μια διαδικασία που πολλοί δικηγόροι μέχρι σήμερα δεν έχουν αντιμετωπίσει, η κατάρτιση σχετικά με το θέμα είναι απαραίτητη.
Το Ε.Ε.Σ είναι μια ειδική διαδικασία και η σωστή πληροφόρηση και κατάρτιση σχετικά με την πρακτική εφαρμογή του νόμου και νομολογίας, της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας και Ευρώπης είναι όλο πιο σημαντικό και επιθυμητό από τους εργοδότες/δικηγορικά γραφεία που χειρίζονται ποινικές υποθέσεις. Το σεμινάριο είναι πρακτικό και θα βοηθήσει τους καταρτιζόμενους να αναπτύξουν δεξιότητες που αφορούν στο χειρισμό τέτοιων υποθέσεων αλλά και την εκτέλεση ευρωπαϊκών ενταλμάτων σύλληψης.

Course Methodology
Σύγχρονη εξ αποστάσεως ηλεκτρονική μάθηση μέσω Zoom. Αυτή η μέθοδος δίνει τη δυνατότητα στον εκπαιδευτή να προβαίνει σε συνεχή εκτίμηση της δεκτικότητας των εκπαιδευόμενων και να αναπροσαρμόζεται συνεχώς και ανάλογα. Στην διάρκεια της εκπαίδευσης θα αναπτυχθούν τεχνικές που αρμόζουν και υποβοηθούν το αντικείμενο εκπαίδευσης. Η διάλεξη αλλά και η ανά τακτά διαστήματα πρόκληση συζήτησης αποτελούν τον κύριο πυλώνα των τεχνικών κατάρτισης στο πρόγραμμα αυτό. Επιπρόσθετα μικρές προβολές και επιδείξεις από τον εκπαιδευτή σε κατάλληλα σημεία θα αφυπνίζουν και διατηρούν τους καταρτιζόμενους σε μαθησιακή εγρήγορση.
