ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
The Second Annual Corporate Governance Conference, jointly organised by the EIMF and the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (CGIUKI), brings together board members, executives, regulators, policymakers, academics and governance professionals to explore the future of corporate governance in an increasingly complex and uncertain environment.
In an era of rapid technological, regulatory and geopolitical change, effective governance has become central to organisational resilience and long-term success. The conference examines how boards can strengthen accountability, navigate uncertainty and create sustainable value.
Through keynote addresses and expert panel discussions, this year’s programme explores governance through the lens of regulation, artificial intelligence, family businesses, ethical leadership, governance in public entities, emerging risks and the future challenges facing boards. Participants will gain practical insights from leading experts, exchange experiences across sectors, and explore how governance frameworks must evolve to remain effective in a rapidly changing world.
CPD Recognition
This conference qualifies for up to 6 CPD units. Final approval and CPD allocation are subject to verification by the relevant regulator, professional body, or association.
