This programme equips current and aspiring directors, board chairs and senior executives with a comprehensive understanding of modern corporate governance principles, legal duties and regulatory frameworks applicable within Cyprus and the European Union. Participants will develop a solid understanding of the role and responsibilities of directors, fiduciary obligations, governance structures and board oversight responsibilities.
The programme examines the distinction between governance and management, the legal duties of directors under Cypriot Company Law, regulatory expectations, governance codes and board committee structures.
