ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
This course is designed for individuals seeking a comprehensive introduction to the various types of share capital in Cyprus companies. It covers the rights associated with different classes of shares and provides practical guidance on the documentation and procedures related to the increase of share capital, allotment of shares, and variation of share capital.
The seminar is essential for aligning participants with the provisions of the applicable Companies Law, Cap. 113, as well as the relevant regulations outlined in Table A. By doing so, it aims to enhance the quality and consistency of professional services in this area.

By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
- Recognise the need for alignment with the Companies Law, Cap. 113 and the Articles of Association
- List the documents required for the increase, allotment and variation of share capital
- Understand how to complete Forms HE 12, HE 14 and HE 16.
- Develop critical thinking and draw conclusions
- Adopt improved practices
