This workshop is designed to familiarise participants with the foundational concepts of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). It encompasses the core definitions of diversity, equity, and inclusion, examines the compelling business rationale for embracing DEI, and heightens awareness surrounding unconscious bias. Additionally, participants will gain insights into the notions of privilege, intersectionality, and the advantages derived from diverse perspectives.
The programme will equip attendees with practical strategies for establishing inclusive environments, fostering allyship and employing inclusive language, and integrating inclusive practices into recruitment and hiring processes. It delves into the realms of equity and policy development, addressing the identification of equity gaps and the implementation of fair policies. Furthermore, it explores the design of inclusive workplaces, and the promotion of inclusive communication, and the measurement and sustainability of DEI initiatives.
A central focus of the workshop is on instilling DEI principles in organisational values and gauging their impact.

Είναι κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού στην Επικοινωνία και τη Δημοσιογραφία και μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου Master I στη Γαλλική Γλώσσα & Λογοτεχνία. Η κα Πρόδρομου έχει σχεδιάσει και πραγματοποιήσει σεμινάρια και εργαστήρια για θέματα που αφορούν στη Διαφορετικότητα, Ισότητα και Συμπερίληψη καθώς επίσης και ένα ευρύ φάσμα σεμιναρίων και εργαστηρίων που άπτονται θεμάτων Επικοινωνίας, Διαχείρισης Δημόσιας Εικόνας και Δημόσιου Λόγου εκ μέρους Επιχειρήσεων, Οργανισμών, Πανεπιστημίων και ΜΚΟ. Έχει επίσης σχεδιάσει και εκτελέσει στρατηγικές επικοινωνίας και εργάστηκε ως παραγωγός ειδήσεων για το Δεύτερο Κρατικό Κανάλι της Γερμανικής Τηλεόρασης, ZDF.
Είναι μέλος της Κυπριακής Ομοσπονδίας Γυναικών Επιχειρηματικών & Επαγγελματιών (ΚΟΓΕΕ). Ηγείται του Κυπριακού Παραρτήματος του διεθνούς οργανισμού CULTURE FIRST με σχεδόν 100 παραρτήματα παγκοσμίως και είναι δημιουργός της Κυπριακής Ομάδας Βικιπαιδιστών Κύπρου.
To πρώτο της βιβλίο «Women in Conflict Zones» δημοσιεύθηκε από τον εκδοτικό οίκο Erker Media & Publishing House το 2019.
