Joseph Iosifakis is an experienced Management Consultant and Trainer with a specialization in Leadership, Performance Management, Business Planning, Customer Experience, and Negotiation skills. Joseph worked with Cablenet for thirteen years serving as a Member of the Board of Directors, Chief Financial/Operations Officer, and most recently as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Cablenet, he worked as a CFO/COO for MTN Cyprus and a Financial Analyst / Strategy Manager for OTE Greece. He is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), a member of the Institute of Directors UK (IoD), and a holder of a BSc in Mathematics with Computer Science.

Isabelle is a Professional Certified Coach (accredited PCC by ICF), Team Coach, Mentor Coach, Faculty member, and Leadership Development Trainer.  She has been practicing since 2008 as a Coach with more than 2500 hours, and since 2004 as a Leadership Development facilitator and Senior Trainer with more than 4500 hours. She is a founding member of both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Greece and the HCA (Hellenic Coaching Association)/EMCC Greece as well as a member of ICF Greece Supervision Coaching Committee. Dedicated to enabling organisations to shape strong enabling coaching cultures and people to grow and reach their best potential and whole self, with a sense of purpose, she believes when given the time, space, and trust, individuals can become the best version of themselves. Isabelle followed her own purpose and passion in people development, training, mentoring, and coaching, and set up her own practice almost two years ago:  Become. She has also partnered with high-end Learning and Development institutes, CoachU University, and leading coaching platforms. Isabelle brings 20+ years of international experience in HR leading roles and as a member of leadership teams and executive committees, covering all aspects of HR as well as a deep understanding of business operations and a successful track in shaping people strategies, creating high performance culture, leading large teams.  Isabelle speaks English, Greek and French and has lived and worked in many countries, and currently lives in Greece.

Lefki Angeli, Corporate and Family Coach and Trainer, is a graduate and former practitioner in sociology and psychology and as such, she has a strong understanding of human behaviour and the motives that drive this.

During her 20+ year professional journey Lefki has worked in an array of fields including primary and secondary education, psychology, sociology, corporate market research and learning and development.

With an innate passion for human improvement and development, in all the positions Lefki has held, she has actively sought to be involved in, or entirely responsible for the training, development and coaching of those around her including colleagues and clients. As a result of this she has considerable experience in the training of business professionals of all levels and across industries and areas of specialty as well as in the teaching and coaching of children, and parents.

In addition to her experience in training needs identification and analysis Lefki has taught a vast gamma of subjects including English as a foreign language, qualitative research, emotional intelligence in the workplace and in the home, presentation skills, effective people management, effective communication, reflective listening, and many more.
