Follow-up Consultation Session

Please note that this is a compulsory follow-up consultation session for all participants who need to attend at least 90% to be eligible for the HRDA subsidy. This 4h follow-up workshop session will be held on a mutually agreed date with each participating company, within 4 months following the last day of the training. During this follow-up consultation session of key learnings and takeaways from the training, there will be discussions with business users for the identification of operational areas for improvement and process candidates for optimisation, based on each participant’s company background (company structure, operations, services, and any known inefficiencies).
