The Program
The training takes place on Wednesday, 10 September 2025, from 08:30 to 16:30, at the Columbia Hotel Academy. The session will be delivered in English and lasts 7 hours.
The cost of the program is highly accessible:
- For HRDA-subsidized participants, the final cost is only €40 (after a €140 subsidy).
- For non-subsidized participants, the full fee is €214.20 (incl. VAT).
HRDA-approved seminars are VAT-exempt only for eligible participants.

Mary Frangou, Director & Training Manager at Columbia Hotel Academy, brings over two decades of experience in hotel training and health & safety education. She holds a BA in Greek Medieval Literature, an MBA, and an International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. A certified Grad IOSH Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner, she is a respected figure in vocational training across Cyprus, particularly in the tourism sector.
