Chloe Constantinidou holds an LLB in Law from King's College London and an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in the UK. She is fluent in both Greek and English.

She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2015 and has since built extensive transactional and advisory experience, including a senior role at a Big Four professional services firm. She is currently a Senior Associate at M. Hadjitofi LLC.

Chloe provides end-to-end support on a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters, with particular expertise in complex corporate restructurings and streamlining exercises for multinational groups, including cross-border reorganisations. She also plays a key role in major M&A transactions, assisting with due diligence, preparing transaction documents, and coordinating closing deliverables. In addition, she is highly experienced in drafting complex commercial agreements, legal opinions, and securitisation and other banking-related documentation.

Chloe's advisory work extends to EU regulatory and competition law, with a particular focus on merger control and compliance. She has advised prominent market players, including one of the largest energy groups in Cyprus, on compliance with commitments imposed by the Commission for the Protection of Competition. Her experience also spans a broad range of related practice areas, including Cyprus international trusts, intellectual property, and employment law.
