The EIMF Centre for Good Governance is back to host another insightful event under the Directors Series, titled ‘Developing Strategy at the Board Level’.
This engaging session will feature two esteemed professionals with extensive board experience, Ms Maria Tsiakka (Chairperson of CYTA and General Manager at Tsiakkastel Office Solutions Ltd) and Mr Philippos Mannaris (Chairperson of National Bank of Greece (Cyprus) and Managing Director for Aon in Cyprus) will share their perspectives on how boards can effectively shape and oversee corporate strategy.
The discussion will explore key governance challenges, the evolving role of directors in strategic decision-making, and best practices for aligning long-term vision with organisational success.
