ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
Η μεταφορά έδρας εντός και εκτός της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας είναι πολύ διαδεδομένη το τελευταίο διάστημα και απαιτεί ουσιαστικές και εξειδικευμένες πρακτικές γνώσεις για να μπορεί να επιτευχθεί.
Είναι σημαντικό οι δικηγόροι να γνωρίζουν το Νόμο αλλά εξίσου σημαντικό να γνωρίζουν και να αναπτύξουν δεξιότητες σχετικά με τις σωστές διαδικασίες αλλά και την σύνταξη των απαραίτητων εντύπων και εγγράφων που θα πρέπει να συμπληρώνονται σε περιπτώσεις μεταφοράς έδρας είτε εντός είτε εκτός της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.
Το σεμινάριο αυτό θα καθοδηγήσει πρακτικά τους εκπαιδευόμενους και θα τους βοηθήσει να αναπτύξουν τις απαραίτητες δεξιότητες αναφορικά με την ετοιμασία και σύνταξη των απαραίτητων εγγράφων και των σωστών διαδικασιών που θα πρέπει να ακολουθούνται στις πιο πάνω περιπτώσεις.
ΣΚΟΠΟΣ ΣΕΜΙΝΑΡΙΟΥ
Με το τέλος του σεμιναρίου οι εκπαιδευόμενοι θα είναι σε θέση να:
- Γνωρίζουν πότε θα πρέπει να γίνεται η μεταφορά έδρας εντός και εκτός της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.
- Ετοιμάζουν και συντάσσουν τα απαραίτητα έγγραφα και να γνωρίζουν τις σωστές διαδικασίες θα πρέπει να ακολουθούνται για transfer in and out
- Ερμηνεύουν σωστά τον Νόμο και να γνωρίζουν τις διάφορες σημαντικές υποθέσεις δικαστηρίων που αφορούν μεταφορά έδρας μιας εταιρεία εντός και εκτός της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.
- Πληροφορούν και συμβουλεύουν σωστά τον πελάτης τους κατά τη διαδικασία.

MODULE 2: The transfer in
- Why redomicile in Cyprus and how to convey this to the client?
- What are the preliminary matters which must be considered and how to collect the correct preparatory documents
- What are the documents which must be prepared in accordance with section 354C of the Law and how to draft and prepare them
- Navigating the application process, 1) the procedure 2) what you should know 3) common pitfalls 4) practical advice 5) advising your client
- Review of specimen documents for transfer in
- Case studies and practical exercises
MODULE 3: The Transfer out
- In what circumstances would a client transfer out?
- What are the preliminary matters which must be considered?
- What are the documents which must be prepared in accordance with sections 354K-354L of the Law and how to draft them
