Mrs. Pamela A. Evangelou is a cross-jurisdictional lawyer with over ten years’ experience in the corporate industry, and in particular, a sworn advocate both in the Republic of Cyprus and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Having graduated in the United Kingdom in 2011 with an LLB from the University of London, she was admitted as an Advocate (δικηγόρος) of the Cyprus Bar Association in 2012 and Le Conseil de l'Ordre des Avocats du Barreau de Luxembourg (List IV) as a European Lawyer (avocat européen) in 2018. 

Mrs. Evangelou trained as a lawyer in the corporate department of Antis Triantafyllides & Sons LLC, a leading Top Tier firm in Cyprus, advising across a broad spectrum of corporate law matters on the international market. Mrs. Evangelou worked at Antis & Triantafyllides & Sons LLC for 6 years and was specialised in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring, Corporate Governance and Company Law. During this time, she was entrusted with a great deal of responsibility and undertook a plethora of multi-million transactions for well-known private clients, multi-nationals, banks, investment firms, oil & gas giants, and real estate moguls. 

Mrs. Evangelou then spent three years in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, a hub for financial services, where she joined Van Campen Liem, a reputable boutique law firm specialised in Private Equity, Funds and Corporate, with offices in Luxembourg and Amsterdam. As an Associate Corporate Lawyer, she worked closely with the Tax and Corporate Partners for the structuring and implementation of various multi-jurisdictional corporate structures. During this time Mrs. Evangelou advised international clients on various aspects of Luxembourg (and when required, Cyprus) Company law, dealing with mergers & acquisitions and cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on debt-equity operations, corporate (re)structuring and bond issuances. Whilst in Luxembourg, Mrs. Evangelou had the opportunity to undertake secondments with Ardian, a leading French investment firm, and Invesco Real Estate Management SARL, a reputable US investment company. There, she gained experience in the investment fund industry and the handling of structures spanning all across Europe. 

Thereafter, Mrs. Evangelou returned to Cyprus to set up PAMELA A. EVANGELOU LLC, a boutique law firm specialised in corporate and company law, intellectual property, shipping, immigration and alternative investment funds. Mrs. Evangelou is particularly strong in the areas of Company Law, Contract Law, Land Law, Ethics, the Law of Tort and Constitutional Law, as well Drafting, Negotiation, Corporate Services and English for Law and Business. Mrs. Evangelou also holds a BA (hons) in English Literature from London Metropolitan University and was a Lecturer of Foundation English, English for Business, English for Tourism, English for Marketing and Academic Writing at an institution of tertiary education in Cyprus. Prior to completing her law degree, Mrs. Evangelou also worked for 3 years as a corporate paralegal for prestigious law firms and is an expert on all aspects of Corporate Administration.
