- Νομοθεσία, Νομική & Δικηγόροι

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
With the AI Act coming into force, all organisations that develop, deploy, or use AI systems will need to comply with its requirements and align with emerging European and international standards. This involves understanding risk-based classifications of AI systems, implementing accountability and transparency mechanisms, and integrating ethical and trustworthy AI principles into governance frameworks.
The Artificial Intelligence Compliance Professional (AICP) programme responds to this growing need by equipping professionals with the knowledge and practical tools to ensure legal and ethical compliance in AI-driven environments. It builds on foundational AI understanding and focuses on translating the complex regulatory framework into practical compliance strategies. Participants will gain the competence to implement, monitor, and improve AI compliance systems within their organisations, ensuring responsible innovation, risk mitigation, and public trust in AI technologies.
Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the AI Act’s risk-based regulatory model, including the classification of AI systems, compliance obligations, and documentation and conformity assessment requirements.
The AICP programme bridges the gap between policy and practice and will enable participants to translate legal frameworks into operational AI compliance strategies.
Through a blend of interactive lectures, workshops, and real-world case studies, participants will learn how to develop, implement, and monitor AI compliance systems within their organisations and lead responsibly in the fast-evolving field of AI governance.
The courses will prepare participants who wish to take the EXIN Artificial Intelligence Compliance Professional (AICP) Certificate examination.
