Anna Xinisteri

Anna is the founder of KESEA, a boutique consulting company based in Nicosia, providing professional services to clients, to assist them in meeting their challenges. She is an expert in connecting HR processes to business results through qualitative and quantitative methods, by combining her twenty+ years of experience, along with her academic knowledge and background. She has successfully led teams for over 150 projects, relating to the wider spectrum of organization and HR, as a Project Manager and by applying the PMI methodology. Anna is an energetic and innovative corporate trainer, speaker and workshop facilitator who leverages years of management and consulting experience and training, to help participants achieve their goals and reach new levels of performance. Her courses are specifically designed to provide best practices and techniques which participants can apply immediately in the workplace.

She holds a MBA from the USA with a specialization in HR, and a MPA from Cyprus. She is a certified Project Management Professional (Project Management Institute, USA).
