Training includes the identification of training needs at the organisation level, the design of training programmes/units, the implementation and evaluation of the implementation of the training programme.

ΣΚΟΠΟΣ ΣΕΜΙΝΑΡΙΟΥ

Participants will be able to:

• identify and explore the training needs of the organisation and the individual training needs of employees by analysing work problems/deficiencies
• design and organise training modules (training contents) select and develop training methods, tools and materials prepare and implement a training programme
• design and evaluate training evaluation and assess the training and evaluate the results of the training.
