ELTC Partners with STI Taxand to Launch Four Specialized Tax Law Courses

The European Legal Training Centre (ELTC) is pleased to announce a strategic collaboration with STI Taxand, Cyprus’ premier international tax advisory firm. Through this partnership, ELTC and STI Taxand will offer four targeted online courses designed to equip legal and finance professionals with advanced, practice-oriented knowledge in Cyprus tax law. These courses mark the beginning of an exciting series, with more specialized courses to follow.

The courses, developed in collaboration with STI Taxand’s expert advisors, include:

• 05/06/2025 - Tax-Efficient IP Structuring(3.5 hours) – Practical guidance on optimizing intellectual property structures for tax efficiency.

• 19/06/2025 - Dividend Taxation and Corporate Holding Structures(3.5 hours) – Deep dives into dividend tax treatment and holding company strategies.

• 26/06/2025 - Taxation of Immovable Property under Cyprus Tax Law(3.5 hours) – Insights into the legal and tax framework for property ownership in Cyprus.

• 10/07/2025 - Taxation of Interest under Cyprus Tax Law(3.5 hours) – Comprehensive overview of interest income taxation and exemptions.

All four courses are eligible for CPD accreditation and will be delivered online.
