She holds a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from the University of the West of England, specializing in performance enhancement and emotional resilience.

Currently serving as Training & Operations Coordinator at Electi Consulting, Ntaniella manages training programs end-to-end— coordinating with experts and ensuring impactful learning experiences that align with organizational goals and learner needs.
