With nearly two decades of experience as a business development specialist and an entrepreneur across the cultural and commercial sector Maria Savvidou has been a driving force in helping companies form and refine their core marketing principles by moving beyond traditional vision and mission statements to embrace cause-based purpose and integrate sustainability into their strategies for meaningful impact   Since 2008, Maria has been delivering lectures and training at all levels of business, designing programmes that enhance skills, foster collaboration, and build high-performing teams. 

Her ability to “read the room” has always been a great advantage as this enables her to quickly identify opportunities for improvements and adapt her approach to achieve results.   This latest skill contributed to her success at Globalserve Consultants Ltd, where she led international marketing initiatives by developing strategies which built and expanded the Company’s presence in Greece, Cyprus, Israel, Poland, Ukraine, and Russia, while managing the marketing department, operational processes, and HR functions including talent acquisition and retention.   

Moving onwards her career path and driven by creativity and innovation, Maria founds MusicEra Ltd, offering event organisation and production services to both the creative and business sectors. Soon after, and while staying in full alignment with all current market circumstances, Maria designs and drives the NSA(H) Scheme, a funding programme supporting sustainability in art and cultural heritage, a scheme being in alliance with UNESCO’s “Digitising Our Shared History” project.   Maria holds a BSc in “Economics”, an MA on “Marketing and Advertising”, and these past few years, she has extended her expertise through a course on “Communication for Influence and Impact” focusing on training leaders to create meaningful, sustainable impact.
