Mrs. Eliza Savvidou is aqualified advocate and legal consultant. She obtained her LL.B (Hons) degreefrom the University of Surrey and a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from theUniversity of Bristol. Upon successful completion of her training and theCyprus Bar Examinations, she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in2014.

Mrs. Savvidou began herlegal career in litigation, where she gained valuable courtroom experience incivil, corporate, banking and commercial litigation cases, before transitioningto corporate and commercial practice.

She is currentlyemployed as a Senior Associate Lawyer at Michalis Tsitsekkos & AssociatesLLC. Her expertise includes local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions,share purchase agreements, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, duediligence exercises, legal opinions, and general corporate advisory services.In addition, Eliza has a strong focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) andregulatory compliance, regularly advising clients on compliance with both localand international regulatory frameworks.
