Eleni Chatzoglou is a qualified lawyer and legal advisor with over a decade of experience in corporate and commercial law. She currently serves as Head of Legal at Pen Hill Advisors, where she leads complex cross-border corporate structuring, regulatory strategy, and high-value transactions.

Eleni advises corporate groups, investment firms, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals across the full business lifecycle, from incorporation to restructuring and liquidation. Her practice focuses on cross-border M&A, corporate governance, regulatory structuring, and sophisticated multi-jurisdictional transactions, with particular expertise in fintech, gaming, and digital business models.

She has extensive experience in regulatory compliance, including AML/KYC frameworks, global licensing strategies, and advisory for investment firms operating across multiple jurisdictions. She is certified by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission holding the AML Certificate.

Eleni also advises on intellectual property strategy, including EU and international trademark protection. She is a certified mediator and conciliator.
