Knowledge Test 

At the completion of the knowledge areas, participants will be assessed via the form of Multiple-Choice Questions which will consist of questions related to the material taught. The aim of the assessment is to examine participants’ overall attention and knowledge of material taught as well as their competencies towards the implementation of practical cases. 

CPD Recognition 

This programme may be approved for up to 20 CPD units in Project Management. Eligibility criteria and CPD Units are verified directly by your association, regulator or other bodies which you hold membership.

Andronicos Zervides

Andronicos, is a charismatic and accomplished speaker, trainer, and master communicator. Known affectionately in some circles as a 'Greek Geek,' Andronicos has a talent for making complex concepts accessible and engaging for everyone. Drawing on 40+ years of technology expertise, Andronicos will help guide you through this course. Now semi-retired, he is an expert in enterprise risk, problem & change management, call centre automation, and the ChatGPT generative AI LLM tool. He has previously led customer courses for leading organizations including IBM in Europe, and via his own companies.

Manuel Avila

Manuel Avila MBA is a highly skilled PMP/CSM/ITIL certified Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Business Analyst with a notable track record spanning over 15 years in IT projects. His expertise encompasses the realms of Technology, Financial Institutions, and IT Consulting. His areas of expertise cover process automation, software design and large technology migrations with a particular skill in the use of cutting-edge tools. Throughout his successful career, Manuel has adeptly used Python, Azure Databricks, and BI tools like Tableau and Power BI to develop insightful reports that drive strategic decision-making. His advanced skills in SQL, data modelling, and scripting have enabled him to craft efficient solutions meticulously tailored to business needs. With a suite of certifications in Generative AI, Cybersecurity, and Agile methodologies, Manuel is well-equipped to impart his extensive knowledge in the use of generative AI for project management. Currently, Manuel holds a pivotal role as a Senior Business System Analyst at an international Canada based financial institution where he leads the business analysis team in transforming the International Wealth Management operation across Latin America. Previously, as a Senior Business System Analyst at another international financial institution, as part of the Data Reference team, Manuel was the PM and lead architect of the Managed Funds Onboarding Accelerator. This project, which integrated cloud computing environments and other technologies, was a success story of the use of Generative AI in a software development project. Manuel's educational foundation is as robust as his professional experience. He holds a Ted Rogers MBA from Toronto Metropolitan University, specializing in the Management of Technology and Innovation. Additionally, his academic credentials include a Specialist degree in International Business and Finances from Universidad EAN and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Universidad Antonio Nariño.
