ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ

Don’t’ miss out on this training, which will provide theoretical and practical knowledge as well as strengthen the skills of the participants on project, product and change management. The trainees will be informed of how to set up and deliver a project and acquire the basic skills for managing the development of a digital product, while ensuring that change management best practices are being followed.  It is a fact that 70% of major transformations initiatives fail. It’s only when project, product and change management are brough together that a transformation initiative will manifest the desired outcomes. In light of this, through this training programme, the trainers of KPMG Cyprus, who are practitioners, will share their extensive knowledge of project, product and change management, while focusing on the relevant methodologies and hands-on experience, which can help ensure a smooth, yet effective transformation.

Trainers

Antonis Bargilly
Board Member, Management Consulting, KPMG in Cyprus

Antonis holds a BSc in Business Administration and the professional titles of Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He is also certified in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) and he is a PRINCE2 Certified Practitioner. Antonis is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus and has served in various Committees of the Institute. Antonis is heading the Management Consulting services of KPMG in Cyprus. He has more than nineteen years of professional experience and specialises in the provision of tailor-made advisory services to private and public sector clients. The services provided are related, amongst other, to governance assessments, risk management, cultural assessment, operational restructuring and excellence, strategy definition and implementation of strategic initiatives, process re-engineering, technology implementation and digital transformation in the context of large and small transformational projects. Lastly, Antonis has led various projects in the governmental and private sectors, across a wide range of industries.

 

Elena Philippidou
Senior Manager, Management Consulting, KPMG in Cyprus

Elena holds a BA in International and European Studies, a Master 1 in International and European Law - International Relations and EU Law and a Master 2 in Public International. She is a Senior Manager at the Management Consulting Department of KPMG in Cyprus, providing Strategy, Customer & Operations and People & Change Services, with experience of working across a variety of industries on large and small-scale transformation projects. Elena specialises in the provision of services relating, amongst other, to customer advisory and people experience redesign, including customer and employee journey transformation and customer strategy, operational excellence, strategy definition, change management, culture change and workforce optimisation. Furthermore, Elena is an HRDA certified trainer, a Customer Experience (CX) training facilitator of the KPMG methodology and an active member of the Global CX Center of Excellence. 

 

Sina Zavertha
Senior Manager, Transformational Program & Project Management Services Lead, Management Consulting, KPMG in Cyprus

Sina holds a BSc and an MSc in Economics and she is a qualified Project Management professional (APM PMQ) from the Association of Project Management (APM) which is the relevant UK chartered body. She has extensive experience in Project Management from working on large-scale multi-billion-euro projects across an array of sectors in the UK, including Technology, Finance, Transportation, Water, Energy and Infrastructure. Sina is a Senior Manager at the Advisory group of KPMG in Cyprus and is leading the Transformational Program and Project Management services. She has been helping companies to become more efficient and improve the way they operate whilst she has been leading the delivery of large and complex projects for some of the biggest organisations in Cyprus.

 

Markos Markides
Manager, Management Consulting, Technology Consulting, KPMG in Cyprus

Markos holds a BA and MEng in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge. He is a Manager in the Management Consulting department of KPMG in Cyprus, providing Technology Consulting Services across a variety of industries. Markos has been involved in both large and small-scale transformation projects. Markos specialises in the provision of services relating, amongst other, to agile service delivery, product management, project / programme management and technology enablement through Cloud adoption and transformation. Throughout his career at KPMG in Cyprus, Markos has been helping organisations develop and deploy innovative digital products. These novel digital products aim at accelerating an organisation’s digital transformation journey and at providing an improved user experience for its customers.
