Imperative, today, due to the pandemic, companies are facing a serious issue of stabilizing their sales but mainly of receipts. The existing measures create opportunities but also threats to the viability of businesses in all sectors of the economy.
Usually the executives of the companies have as their main effort the increase of the sales and they put the receipts in the second place. The Sales Department must ensure timely collection through proper customer contact procedures and proper internal communication with the company and credit control departments. Creating satisfactory liquidity ratios for any company is a cornerstone for its future survival
Πρέπει λοιπόν να αντιληφθούν την σημασία των της σωστής πιστωτικής πολιτικής για την επιχείρηση και την επίδραση που έχουν στην επιχείρηση ώστε να  είναι σε θέση να αντιμετωπίσουν τέτοιες αβέβαιες περιόδους και οικονομικής  αστάθειας  . Επίσης πρέπει να αντιληφθούν την σημασία της πιστωτικής πολιτικής της εταιρείας, ιδιαίτερα τώρα σε περίοδο κρίσης και να την εφαρμόζουν στην προσπάθειά τους για διεύρυνση των πωλήσεων από υφιστάμενους αλλά και δυνητικούς πελάτες

ΣΚΟΠΟΣ ΣΕΜΙΝΑΡΙΟΥ

  • Describe what a credit policy is and how it is implemented
  • To classify the credit limit of customers based on qualitative, quantitative and commercial data
  • Describe the collection rules and execute them
  • Name and demonstrate the basic skills standards required for effective debt collection.

  • Justify what it means to be effective in debt collection.
  • Justify the result for the customer and the business of sales that were not collected
  • To develop new sales and collection techniques
  • Develop proper procedures for gathering the right information before communicating with the customer

At an Approach Level:

  • To defend the importance of the Credit Policy of the collection for the company especially in a period of crisis or sharp growth
  • Defend the cost of lack / absence of comprehensive credit policy and credit control
  • To motivate Sellers to remain committed to the company's credit policy

Moreover, Nicos Ioannou is a certified mediator and certified trainer by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA).
