1 - Kick-off, Group Connection & Intention Setting

• Introduction to the program and its objectives. Participants connect as a group, discuss expectations, and establish a collaborative learning environment. The session also outlines the learning journey and the key themes that will be explored throughout the training.

2 - The VUCA World + Inner State of Leadership

• Exploration of modern business environments characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA). Participants examine how leaders can respond effectively by developing resilience, adaptability, and clarity in decision-making.

3 - Agile Leadership Mindset Deep Dive

• Introduction to the Agile leadership mindset and the principles that distinguish Agile leaders from traditional management approaches. Participants explore concepts such as collaboration, empowerment, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

4 - Leading with Vision, Understanding, Clarity & Agility

• Participants explore leadership practices that enable teams to operate effectively in Agile environments. The session focuses on building shared vision, aligning team goals, and creating clarity that supports effective teamwork and decision-making.

5 - Agile Practices & Rituals: Check-ins, Retros, Feedback

• Overview of practical Agile leadership tools such as team check-ins, retrospectives, and feedback practices. Participants learn how these rituals strengthen collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning within teams.

6 - Navigating Change & Emotional Resistance

• Understanding the human side of change and how leaders can support teams through uncertainty and resistance. Participants explore emotional responses to change and learn strategies for guiding teams during transformation.

7 - Role Plays & Case Study: Agile Leadership in Action

• Interactive exercises and role plays where participants apply Agile leadership principles to real-world scenarios. Through case studies and group discussions, participants practice leadership approaches that support collaboration and problem-solving.

8 - Leadership Reflection & Integration Plan

• Final reflection session where participants review the key concepts of the training and develop a personal action plan for applying Agile leadership principles in their professional environment.
