ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ

Human Factors (HF) are recognised as the highest contributing factor to aviation incidents and accidents (some statistics refer to over 80%). It should therefore be a priority in the activities of aviation professionals. Aviation Maintenance professionals need to be aware, address and apply these requirements. Human Factors are also an integrated part of a Safety Management System (SMS). They should be addressed appropriately when applying SMS requirements. The course has been designed to meet the requirements of EASA Part147 Continuation Training Requirements for Human Factors.
