ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ

In periods of crisis an important skill is to be able to understand how social groups behave in the workplace. The rapid changes, the fear, the uncertainty are some of the factors that create even stronger effects of human interaction in the work environment. During this 2-hour session, the facilitator will discuss the effects of such behaviours in the work environment and how to minimise their potential consequences.
