ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ

STA Diploma
APS’ 22- week STA Diploma Course is CISI accredited and is split into 2 parts. In part 1, you will learn the basics of technical analysis, with part 2 focusing on providing you with the in-depth knowledge and how to apply the theories.

By the end of the course, you will have gained a good understanding of, and practical experience in, all the major techniques, knowledge of a wide range of timing and analytical tools and indicators. These will ensure you are adequately equipped to select the most advantageous portfolios, trades, hedges etc. for your clients, employers or your own trading systems.

The course syllabus is primarily designed to ensure that you acquire the necessary skills to advance your career, as well as give you the knowledge and confidence required to make better informed trading decision using technical analysis.

The course is taught by market professionals and aims to fully prepare participants for the STA Diploma Part 1 and 2 examinations.

Lectures will be held once a week, from 6.00pm-9.00pm.

The STA Diploma is an internationally recognised qualification, equivalent to the International Federation of Technical Analysts (IFTA) CFTe I and CFTe II accreditations.

George Hadjinicodemou
After obtaining a MSc degree in Economics and Econometrics George Hadjinicodemou entered the banking sector. The successful acquisition of his CFTe Technical analysis diploma during this period saw him obtaining a position as a Market Analyst. It wasn’t long after, that his inherent talent in understanding and analyzing the markets was widely recognized. This led him to become Instructor of Technical Analysis at a much younger age than usually expected. George’s passion for trading the financial markets inspired him towards becoming a Portfolio Manager. His attested ability to design automated trading strategies and indicators together with his deep understanding and knowledge of the markets were the reasons why he soon became Head of Brokerage at a fully regulated and licensed brokerage and investment firm. Currently, he is leading the asset management for Naga Wealth as well as providing high level teaching at Alexander Professional Studies.


Constantinos Aristophanous
Constantinos Aristophanous began his career in Finance at a very early age. At 21, he entered the banking sector and was soon trusted to hold key positions as branch manager and Chief Trader in the Foreign Currency Department. His unending passion for the markets has led towards the development of a unique trading strategy, which gained instant recognition by being successfully implemented for Portfolio Management by a well-respected Cypriot Investment Firm. Following the strategy’s success, Constantinos was nominated for the “40 Future Forex Leaders Under 40” award. His quest for knowledge regarding all market related procedures and techniques has led him to various positions such as Head of Dealing, Portfolio Manager and Executive Director at a fully regulated and licensed brokerage and investment firm. To this day, his status as a hardened veteran in the industry remains unchallenged.
