This training program focuses on the creation of accessible electronic documents, ensuring compliance with the European Union’s accessibility legislation — the European Accessibility Act (EAA) 2025.

The Trainer

Marianna Gregoriou is an experienced Assistive Technology Trainer, Irlen Screener and Accessibility Consultant, passionate about empowering people through technology. Holding a Master’s degree in Inclusive Education and Technology from King’s College London, she specialises in designing and implementing accessibility and assistive technology solutions across school, higher education, and business settings.

Through her role at G.M Eurocy Innovation Ltd, Marianna contributes to national and EU-funded educational projects, training professionals and advising institutions on inclusive practices and accessibility needs. She works with a wide range of audiences from teachers and corporate teams to individuals with disabilities always tailoring her approach to the real needs of the people she supports. Marianna also delivers specialist training in digital accessibility, helping corporate teams and public sector organisations create digital content, platforms, and documents that are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with recognised accessibility standards.

With international experience as an Assistive Technology Expert and Irlen Screener, Marianna brings a broad, cross-cultural perspective to her work. As a certified Senior Irlen Screener, she brings a deeper understanding of how individuals perceive visual information and what adaptations may be needed to improve access, comprehension, and learning.

Whether supporting a learner, upskilling a team, or shaping a digital platform, her focus remains the same: removing barriers and creating environments where people can thrive.
