ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ

The aim of this training program is to equip the company with the tools needed to achieve its strategic goals in preventing workplace accidents and enhancing the sense of safety in the work environment.

Achieving health and safety objectives requires the active involvement of staff in safety and health matters through the institution of the safety committee, ensuring employee participation and consultation for creating a suitable work environment.

This training program provides the necessary knowledge and skills to staff members participating in safety committees as part of the Internal Protection and Prevention Services (ΕΣΥΠΠ), enabling them to carry out their duties actively and effectively and contribute to cultivating a safety culture within their organization.

Additionally, it ensures the company's compliance with the legal framework of the Republic of Cyprus regarding workplace safety and health, as it is a legal requirement (Regulation ΚΔΠ 158/2021) for the employer to appoint ΕΣΥΠΠ and provide appropriate and sufficient training to employees who carry out ΕΣΥΠΠ duties.
