This course offers a focused introduction to Directive (EU) 2023/970 on pay transparency, which strengthens the principle of equal pay for equal work and work of equal value between men and women.
The Directive was adopted by the EU Council and European Parliament on May 2023 and must be transposed into national law by 7th June 2026.
The course will examine the Directive’s key provisions, including transparency obligations, pay reporting, and enforcement mechanisms. Participants will explore workers’ rights, employer duties, and the role of equality bodies, with attention to legal interpretation and compliance challenges. The course aims to provide participants with a clear understanding of the Directive’s requirements, and the issues organisations may face in adapting to them.

Training Style
