The aim of this seminar is to provide participants with an understanding of basic principles of Social Insurance Contributions in Cyprus, as well as the use of the associated to Social Insurance electronic systems, Ergani and SISnet. This seminar seeks to empower attendees with essential knowledge to navigate through Social Insurance Department using real life scenarios.

Moreover, the seminar will focus on the practical use of the electronic systems Ergani and SISnet, which are directly related to the reporting requirements towards Social Insurance Department. The aforesaid are essential to ensure full compliance with the requirements of the Social Insurance Department and keeping up to date with the continuous development of recent changes.

By the end of the course, participants will be in position to:-

• Understand the fundamentals of payroll theory, including Social Insurance Contributions, GeSY, and PAYE.

• Accurately complete and submit the necessary forms and declarations to the Social Insurance Department.

• Register and effectively navigate the Ergani system, understanding its key features and functions.

• Perform essential tasks in Ergani such as hiring, terminating, and updating employee details.

• Register and operate within the Sisnet system, gaining practical knowledge of its functionality.

• Create, process, and manage payments and settlements in Sisnet.

• Generate and reconcile payments for PAYE obligations.

• Integrate knowledge across systems with a clear understanding of their practical usefulness in payroll management.
