Section 1:

Final audit file review and completion procedures:
Going concern issue, event after the reporting date, identified misstatements
Materiality re assessment and review

Section 2:

Compliance with the applicable framework, laws and regulations
Obtaining and evaluating written representations by those charged with governance
Documenting the results per section and finalizing the audit opinion.
Engagement quality review process and second evaluation of results.

Certification

All participants will be awarded a certificate. Each hour of attendance will account for one unit of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as required for members of most professional bodies.
