• Final audit file review and completion procedures:
• Going concern issue, event after the reporting date, identified misstatements
• Materiality re assessment and review

Section 2:

• Compliance with the applicable framework, laws and regulations
• Obtaining and evaluating written representations by those charged with governance
• Documenting the results per section and finalizing the audit opinion.
• Engagement quality review process and second evaluation of results.

Certification

All participants will be awarded a certificate. Each hour of attendance will account for one unit of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as required for members of most professional bodies.
