Digipro Education: GenAI for Smarter Corporate eLearning and Microlearning

Digipro Education presents “GenAI in the Fast Lane: Supercharging Corporate eLearning, Nano, Micro Learning (100% Subsidized)”, a highly practical and forward-looking seminar designed to help organizations, trainers, HR professionals and Learning & Development teams understand how Generative AI can reshape corporate training. Delivered online in English through a virtual classroom, this 18-hour programme offers participants the opportunity to explore how AI-powered tools can make learning faster, more personalized, more engaging and more aligned with the real needs of today’s workforce.

In an environment where businesses must constantly adapt, upskill and reskill their people, traditional training models are often too slow, too generic or too disconnected from daily work. This seminar responds to a growing need in the professional market: the ability to design learning experiences that are short, targeted, data-driven and immediately applicable.

Why GenAI Matters for Corporate Training

Generative AI is no longer a distant technological concept. It is already changing how organizations design content, assess skills, support employees and deliver knowledge at scale. For corporate trainers, HR leaders and instructional designers, GenAI creates new possibilities for building learning programmes that respond to individual needs, job roles, performance gaps and business objectives.

The seminar will help participants understand emerging trends and best practices in AI-powered learning solutions. It will also explore how GenAI tools and online resources can support smarter course design, faster content creation and adaptive learning pathways. Instead of offering the same material to everyone, AI-enhanced learning can help organizations provide more relevant and timely training to each employee.

Microlearning and Nanolearning for the Modern Workplace

One of the central themes of the programme is the role of microlearning and nanolearning in modern corporate education. Today’s professionals often need knowledge at the point of need, without leaving their workflow for long periods. Short, focused learning units can improve retention, reduce training fatigue and support faster application of knowledge.

Participants will learn how to design bite-sized, AI-curated training content that supports maximum retention and practical use. This is especially valuable for organizations that need to train employees quickly on procedures, soft skills, compliance, digital tools, customer service, technical topics or internal processes.

Tools, Automation and AI-Powered Learning Experiences

The seminar goes beyond theory by introducing participants to practical tools and applications. Key areas include content authoring tools, online assessment tools, automation, chatbots, AI mentors, AI-powered simulations, virtual reality training and analytics platforms.

These technologies can help trainers create richer and more interactive learning experiences. AI-powered analytics, for example, can provide insights into learner progress, engagement and performance. Chatbots and AI mentors can support employees with guidance and answers during or after training. Simulation-based learning can allow participants to practise real-world scenarios in a safe and structured environment.
