An expert at establishing and developing professional learning to contribute to the organizational transformation and development of successful learning environments. Adept at identifying needs, coordinating strategic solutions, and facilitating training and coaching, while evaluating the effectiveness of all programs.

Before moving into training, Teodora directed strategic human resources and organizational development strategies at leading financial and tech firms aligning performance with business objectives. An HR Professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and wide experience in all areas of the HR function, who partners with company leaders to cultivate growth externally and internally, generates value and effectively navigates change. Teodora has a proven record of setting up HR for new organizations, designing and implementing and enhancing all aspects pertaining to talent, and scaling it from the infancy/start-up stage to growth mode.
