Raluca Ioana Man founded and developed RSEVEN Ltd., a business consulting firm that offers one-of-a-kind solutions and strategies in branding, personal branding, reputation management, marketing, business development, team building, and training to a large number of international clients. She also serves as the Director of Business Development for ServPRO Accountants & Consultants.

Raluca is a brand strategist, international business consultant, and keynote speaker who works with CEOs, executives, and entrepreneurs to grow or build their professional and personal brands, as well as their business plans and business development. After over a decade of experience in sales, business consulting, business development, and branding, Raluca understands what truly drives success and growth. It’s not just about having a brand; it’s about the people you invest in and how well you connect with those you’re striving to assist.

In addition to her extensive branding and business consulting experience, Raluca is an accredited trainer by the HRDA (Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus), a certified mentor, and a certified coach.

Raluca is a founding member and president of the BPW English Speaking Club—Cyprus, a founding member and vice chair of the ICC Women Network Cyprus (a division of the International Chamber of Commerce), and the country chair of G100 for brand creation and marketing. In addition, she is a partner of CONAF Romania, country chair for International Internship University, president of the Rotary Club of Nicosia for 2021–2022, and chair of Creative Women Romania.
