Panayiotis is a Partner and Head of People Advisory Services at EY, with extensive experience in learning and development and the broader HR transformation agenda. Since joining EY in 2018 as part of the founding team of the Cyprus People Advisory Services practice, he has been instrumental in driving people strategy, workforce transformation, and the integration of digital and AI-driven solutions in HR. Prior to EY, he served for 10 years as a Group Human Resource Manager in diversified groups, leading end-to-end HR functions and large-scale organisational initiatives.Panayiotis has strong expertise in leveraging artificial intelligence and data analytics to enhance talent management, learning, performance, and workforce planning. He has designed and delivered leadership and capability-building programs across multiple sectors—including Government, Financial Services, Construction, Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, FMCG, and Automotive—helping organisations navigate the future of work across different countries, cultures, and business contexts.
