Lontian is a Manager in the Advisory department of PwC Cyprus. He joined the PwC Cyprus team after his experience in PwC Germany. Lontian is an experienced Business Consultant and HR professional with more than 8 years of professional experience. He advises organisations on how to design the future of work and achieve strategic objectives, with a particular emphasis on organisational upskilling and reskilling, performance and reward management and organisational restructuring. Moreover, he is experienced in the design and delivery of management development programmes, soft skills training, implementation of HR technology solutions, design and building of e-Learning.

Lontian has managed large-scale training projects for clients across various industries in Cyprus and abroad, including the public sector, local authorities, retail, pharma, financial services and shipping.  

He is a member of the Cyprus Human Resource Management Association and Member of International Project Management Association and Cyprus Chapter.
